The hotel room was exceptionally clean and huge with sofa set-02 LCD as well as large window. The breakfast served was satisfactory, everything you could wish for, with a stunning view and juice.

Convenient location with free parking for guests 🚗. Just a 15-minute stroll away from the local fish market. the building and rooms are absolutely stunning, plus the rooms come equipped with Sony TVs for entertainment.

This place is peaceful and clean, located in a beautiful building with a scenic beach view, and it has convenient nearby parking.

The location of this hotel is convenient for those travelling by car as it's close to major highways. the lobby and common areas are well-maintained and the staff is friendly. the room size is good and the bathroom comes with basic necessities. the breakfast buffet offers a decent variety of food and the rooftop pool provides a relaxing view.

The hotel's Wi-Fi service is unreliable and frustrating to use.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was superb, with beautiful sea views and being close to Jubail Mall. It was really convenient to have free parking on the main road too. Secondly, the staff were absolutely amazing - very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They were attentive to detail and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-designed, with a separate working desk which was perfect for me as I had to work during my stay. The interior design added a nice touch to the overall ambiance of the room.

Additionally, the hotel's location on the coast offered a pleasant view and a serene atmosphere.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was excellent and I couldn't find any fault with it.

The dinner buffet was excellent with different cuisines. Great breakfast with a wide variety of foods. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Good facilities.

We had a lovely stay, with friendly and professional receptionists upgrading our room to a beautiful sea view. The room was spacious and clean, with well-designed amenities. The hotel provided a living room with sofa set and two LCD TVs. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. Best aspects include a great location right across the street from the beach, with easy transportation, and wonderful staff that were consistently nice and helpful.

The room was equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities and iron with board. The staff at the front desk was accommodating and helpful. Plus, the breakfast was served nicely and with a reasonable choice.

The location was not ideal. The hotel was situated near commercial docks and in a non-walkable area.

The location was great and we received a warm welcome from the staff. We also got complementary chocolates and a drink upon check-in which was a nice touch. the view from the room was breathtaking and made for a great stay.

The food wasn't great and it was quite pricey for what was being offered. the room was not properly cleaned and we found hair on the sheets.

The Mena Hotel Al Jubail offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location on the coast provides a refreshing view, and the service from the staff is commendable.
